What is Feng Huang Dan Cong (Pheonix Wu Long?)

History of Ao Fu Hou
Origin: Dan Hu, Feng Huang Shan (Phoenix Mountain), Chao Zhou, Guang Dong Province, China (~500m elevation)
Ao Fu Hou is another example of the perplexing casual naming tradition for Dan Cong by the locals. It basically means tea trees behind a dip in the mountain, in the local dialect.
Sophisticated and Addictive
Ao Fu Hou is a highly addictive varietal with notes of butterscotch and raspberries. It has sophisticated fine tannins.
