Nom Wah: One of New York City's most beloved Dim Sum restaurants, in operation since the 1920s. They synthesize the traditional with modernity when it comes to amazing quality food and service.

Alongside the recording, you'll taste your way through three dim sum paired with three of our unique and authentic teas.

Each duo has been carefully selected to bring out the flavor notes of one dim aum and one complimentary tea while allowing new tasting notes — unique to each pairing — to emerge.
